VIP CERTIFICATES
We are pleased to provide Certificates complete with your logo to offer to your clients as part of the home buying or renovation process. These certificates will grant your clients VIP status and reduced pricing on their first purchase at our store. This is a great way to enhance your services and express gratitude to your clients.

PRICING STRUCTURE
FOR SPEC & TRACT HOME BUILDERS
Projects in which Model homes are to be furnished:
Furniture and accessory discounts may range from 25%-100% off, depending on the size of the home community and the amount of units already sold. Generally, if it is a large project, furnishings, delivery, and, setup will be FREE. We will provide on-site signage promoting our product and VIP certificates for new homeowners.
Projects in which the builder is selling the home and wishes to stage it: Furniture/accessory discounts may range from 20%-50% off. Price reductions are subject to some factors like size, location, and selling price of the home. We will provide on-site signage promoting our product for open houses and the new homeowners will receive a VIP certificate.
FOR RENO & CUSTOM HOME BUILDERS
Projects involving furnishing a home reno, addition, or custom build: Furniture/accessory discounts may range from a 20% - 30% reduction in price. Additionally, certificates are to be handed out to reno clients and new homeowners.
Projects in which the builder or contractor is not involved in any interior design:
We recommend still offering a VIP Certificate to the reno client or new homeowner. It is an excellent way to promote your brand, enhance your services, and express your appreciation.
